Adventures in cooking eating: Shrimp Tempura Crunch roll, edamame and a glass of Pinot Noir from Tokio Sake
I caught up with Jen last week while she was in town for Labor Day. We decided three S’s were a must for our reunion: sushi, sweet tea vodka and a sleepover.
After the delicious sushi, we headed back to my house for some sweet tea vodka/lemonade cocktails, absolutely my new favorite drink.
As the night progressed, the usual happened. We changed into our pajamas, drank a bit more and then erupted into an aggressive dance party for several hours.
It felt exactly like we were in high school again — except we didn’t have to hide the alcohol.
