Adventures in cooking: garlic hummus with whole grain pita chips, Ceasar salad with salmon and a BEER

The hummus and pita chips were a flavorful, healthy snack to keep me from starving while I baked the salmon.
I used Nutrionista’s recipe to bake the salmon. She suggests “baking it brings out a more robust flavor.” I put a bit of light olive oil on the filets, then sprinkled them with salmon seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cooked at 425 for 13 minutes and they were just right.
And as for the beer? It’s Thursday, and that’s a good enough explanation.
