Adventures in cooking: Breakfast burrito (whole-grain wrap, two slices turkey bacon, two eggs, shredded cheddar, lots of spinach and low-fat sour cream) and a whole bunch of green grapes
This actually looks better than it tasted. Whenever I add spinach to food I’m cooking, I usually throw in a lot because I know that it shrinks down in size when cooked well. But this time, the spinach to egg ratio was just not to my liking.
However, I couldn’t get enough of those plump, green grapes.
